This is a provider-issued learning credential. It does not certify your organisation's compliance, grant a statutory DPO licence or imply government approval. Review what a course covers before describing the credential on your CV.
A certificate's public verification link confirms that its ID exists in the issuer's records. Use the exact link returned when your certificate is issued.
The three self-paced DPDPA Shield Academy tracks and their online certificate-claim flow have no course or certificate fee. Live instructor-led training is a separate paid programme. You can read the Academy lessons without creating a platform account.
There is no single price for courses from different providers. DPDPA Shield's self-paced Academy is free. Our training page currently lists a student programme at ₹2,999 and a professional programme at ₹12,499; confirm the current fee, taxes, inclusions and batch availability with admissions before paying.
The learning certificate is issued by DPDPA Shield. It is not a government-issued qualification, regulatory approval, a statutory DPO licence or certification that an organisation complies with the DPDP Act.

The free Academy contains text lessons and learning exercises you can read at your own pace. Instructor-led classes and their cohort arrangements are described separately on the paid training page.
Read all modules in your chosen track, work through the practice quizzes, then take the timed certification exam (70% required to pass). After passing, enter your name and email to generate your certificate. A successfully issued certificate has an ID and a public verification link. A verification record confirms the issuer's record; it does not establish government recognition.
A learning course can help you understand the role, but does not itself appoint or license you as a Data Protection Officer. The organisation must assess its applicable obligations, the role requirements and the person's suitability.
